2. REVOCATION POLICY AND INSTRUCTION


Right of rescission

You may revoke your Contract Declaration within 14 days, without giving reasons, either in written form (e.g. Letter, Fax, E-Mail), or if the goods have been delivered to you before the deadline, by returning them. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of goods by the buyer (in case of repetitive deliveries of similar goods, not before the first partial delivery), and also not before fulfillment of our obligation to provide information according to Art. 246 § 2 i.V.m. § 1 Par. 1 und 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312 e Par. 1 S. 1 BGB in conjunction with Art. 246 § 3 EGBGB.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in a timely manner. The revocation is to be sent to:

Consequences of revocation

In case of an effective revocation, benefits received/realized by either side must be returned.
Already drawn benefits (e.g. Interest) must be surrendered too. If you are not able to return the received benefit in full or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value, as the case may be. In the case of surrender of tangible things, this does not apply if the deterioration occurred exclusively as a result of inspection- as you would possibly experience in a retail store. Additionally, you can avoid having the obligation to pay compensation for loss of value through deterioration, in case of appropriate usage, when you don´t utilize it as your property, and refrain from doing anything that would impair its value. Package goods are to be returned at our own risk. You have to bear the cost of return shipment, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered, and if the price of item to be returned does not exceed €40, or if in the case of a higher price, at the time of revocation, no compensation or a contractually agreed partial settlement has been attained. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Goods not suitable for shipment as package will be picked up by us. Obligations for payment reimbursement must be fulfilled within 30 days. Time starts for you with sending your declaration of revocation, or the goods, for us with its receipt.

4. Technical steps for the conclusion of the contract – Error Correction: The mediator contract between you and us is concluded in the following manner:
   1. You enter the necessary data in the order form.
   2. You can change the order data at any time, up to the point of confirmation on the button “Bestellung absenden / send order”.
      The changes can be effected by mouse or keyboard.
   3. When you click on this button, you give us a binding declaration of your request for conclusion of mediator contract. We submit this offer to the appropriate seller. Simultaneously you accept our general business terms and conditions, which you can view again at this location, and give your consent for the necessary submission of your data to the seller, in case of conclusion of the contract. Your consent to the data protection/ privacy declaration can also be viewed again at this stage, before accepting. The receipt of your order is confirmed to the E-Mail you nominated, immediately after sending your order to us. The mediator contract with us is herewith concluded. The purchase contract conclusion with the seller follows through prompt shipment of the goods ordered by you, to the shipping address you provide to us. Should this shipping not take place within 10 days, you will receive a written notification.
